Due to our location-specific planning, you will receive a well-working biogas plant which meets your requirements and is distinguished by optimal investment and operating costs. As a specialised engineering office, we have the possibility to design the process and equipment technology according to the needs because we do not have any manufacturers’ interests.
We closely work together with the permitting authorities for preparing all the required application documents according to building law or Federal Immission Control Act (Bundesimmissionsschutzgesetz).
We build biogas plants in all dimensions for the digestion of manure, renewable energy sources and biologically degradable cofermentates, which are adapted to the specific requirements of the site. You do not need to perform any building work. All the engineering services are in one hand.
Our biogas plants are distinguished by
- one-stage or several-stage concrete digesters, heated with a stainless steel damper register made from V4A
- agitation technology adapted to substrate type
- floor scraper with discharge screw conveyor for substrates which contain sedimenting components
- pumping technology according to substrate type and conveyance task
- external biological desulphurization systems which guarantee < 200ppm H2S
- CHP-technology with Gas-Otto-engines or micro-gas turbines
- programmable controlling technology for all controlling tasks incl. process visualisation, internet connection and plant monitoring with tele-emergency system
- gas analysis technology and gas quantity measurement
For the use of exhaust heat, we have already planned and implemented different applications:
- treatment systems for fermentation residues
- absorption cooling plants
- drying of agricultural products
- district heating grids
The project work and construction are done in a computer-controlled way using AUTOCAD 2011.
Therefore, we are able to consider all special requirements quickly and precisely.
All the performances are tendered in agreement with the building owner completely or sorted according to trades. This guarantees that also local building companies, equipment companies and companies for electrical installations can be considered.
The planning, building management, commissioning and after-sales service is done by engineers who have gained long and respective experience in their profession.
Our biogas plants are approved and certified by the TÜV Thuringia.
